„We went on vacation with a 2-year-old child. It is a small and calm hotel. Very clean, personnel very amiable and helpful. It is one of the few hotels in Cozumel that has a beautiful beach with white sand and no rocks. Very relaxing beach with plenty of shade, chairs, and hammocks. The family pool is very fun for kids. „Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!“

„We liked the overall layout of the property and loved that our room was close to the beach. It's great to have palapas, chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc. available too. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, and bar. The bartenders were great and would make anything you wanted. The food was kind of hit and miss. „Negative...our room smelled like a sewer every time we walked in. Concierge was very pushy about listening to their vacation packages. Positive notes...wait staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their food options. Beaches were clean. I recommend Preferred Cub and claiming your beach chairs early. They disappear fast“
