„We had an amazing stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel. The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved breakfast at Bordeaux with Rony and Ricardo each morning, as well as lunches at the beach/pool with Miguel. The hydrotherapy at the spa was also wonderful. Overall, we had an incredible stay and we can’t wait to visit again very soon. “

„occidental - nie mehr. maximal 3 sternehotel. keine ahnung warum die 5 sterne haben. bereits beim check in sehr unfreundliches personal. haben unterkunft gebucht für 3 erwachsene (doppelzimmer mit 2 doppelbetten) und ein zimmer erhalten mit nur einem doppelbett. das hotel gab an, dass die zimmer welche man bucht nicht garantiert sind und sie aktuell kein anderes zimmer hätten. 5 sternehotel gebucht - eine person musste dann auf einem kinderklappbett schlafen ! wiederholten reklamationen ...

„There is so much to love about Allegro Cozumel. Not fancy but nice. My favorite thing? The beach is perfect. Water crystal clear, no rocks, lots of beautiful fish and exquisite sunsets. Staff is exceptional. Food is good but there could be more options. We have stayed at Allegro many times and do not the new restaurant schedule-only one specialty restaurant open each night and difficult to get a reservation. “

The location is convenient and the water in front - despite the water traffic - is clean, beautiful and full of fish.
