Die Servicekräfte sind nicht nur sehr fleißig, hilfsbereit und ordentlich. Sie haben uns auch menschlich begeistert. Immer freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Für seine Angestellten hat dieses Hotel neben allem anderen wirklich ein Extralob verdient. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.“

„Das Presidente ist ein hervorragendes Hotel das zum Glück nicht auf All Inclusive setzt wie sonst so viele in Cozumel. Gute Lage, eigene Strände, vor denen man fantastische Meerestiere sieht beim Schnorcheln, gute Restaurants, tolle Zimmer, und sehr nettes Personal - für uns eines der besten Hotels in Mexiko. Ca 100 Mxn kostet die Taxifahrt ins Zentrum.“
