„Property was generally good. I had some specific issues with my condo. (1) I was frustrated to find a condo with no ironing board (really?). The sad college-dorm-sized table top thing simply doesn't count. (2) The bath towels were fine, but no washcloths or hand towels for the bathroom? (3) There was no workspace. The "desk" was tiny, so I had to clear the dining table. And (4) I didn't learn until the day before I checked in that the building had no AC until May1. A $250 investment (or less) ...

„Great location. The overall condition of the condo was very good. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning....it was 80 degrees the entire time. When we talked to the management company, we were told it was a "city issue" and no effort to change it. Also, no wash clothes, hand towels, or coffee to make.“

Zusaätzlich stellen die freundlichen und hilfbereiten Vermieter Pantoffeln, Stadtpläne, Getränke und einige Snacks zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz und die Metro-Station, von der aus man direkt zur 'Mall', dem Zentrum von Washington kommt, ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen und verfügt über ein preisgünstiges Parkhaus. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

„This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!“

„From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. Great stay, would come back
"Location, interior & exterior of the hotel are amazing. Beds are very comfortable, towels super soft and the room was spacious. The staff was really nice and helpful in general. We would stay again. Two small things that can be easily improved 1. The lady who checked us in was somehow bored to talk...she was barely opening her mouth & she was so quiet and in slow motion, even when we asked her to repeat some stuff. In the end we gave up, went to the room and started piecing the information together. Weird first impression but didnt spoil our stay. 2. Please note that wifi kicks you out after some minutes of inactivity. This meant that our pictures did not upload to cloud over night (risky for travellers, in case something happens with the phone). I understand why potentially a hotel would want to do it, but it kinda feels cheap & limits such basic need as internet."
