„Riesiges Apartment welches gut gelegen ist. Etwas ausserhalb und trotzdem ist es zentral und alles fussläufig erreichbar.“

„Ein sehr schönes Resort, in dem man toll abschalten kann. Aus dem Zimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Smokeys und in einer kurzen Autofahrt hat man Gatlinburg und die Smokey erreicht. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!“

„Great communication great location perfect property“

„Parking was a little sparse but the location and cleanliness was excellent.“

„Great location within a short walk to Broadway yet not too close for noise. An old office tower that has been redone for studio apartment rentals which are great for enjoying some of Nashvilles highlights. Parking is not good at hotel or nearby.“

„I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak ...

„Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed ...

„It was a great property close to downtown.“

„A fuir !

„We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We ...

„easy in and out. Nice location, right across from a big park and in Germantown. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants.“

„Spiders and spider webs and dusty behind dresser, under bed and base boards, under bed and closet. The new upgrade was awesome but I hate spiders and dust and I’m pretty sure most people do, sorry but you asked“

„Great location allowing us to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Even crossed paths with a black bear behind the property as he went on his evening stroll. Enjoyed our three year anniversary with the help of such great hosts and location to fun entertainment.“

„Great, safe house in a nice location. Host is very pleasant and responsive. I would stay there again.“

„A first time user of this platform, but now I know I will only use this service from now on. No more hotels for my family!! 👍👍“

„Great location. Beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, we went during hurricane Isaias so weather wasn't good. Ruby Falls and Rock city were good.“
