„Adorable cabin with a running stream behind it. The sound of the stream was so relaxing. Definitely away from the crowds in Gatlinburg. We were supposed to check in at 4 but the cleaner was there. Spoke to the host and he rectified the situation quickly.“

The second night a bear broke into our car and badly damaged a door/window despite our efforts of keeping the car clean of food. We witnessed the bear going around the neighborhood and trying to get into other vehicles. He just got ours after dark. Since our window was broke, we decided to leave the area before more damage was done and we could make our 15 hour drive home. ...

„Complete waste of money. For the high price charged, the quality was unacceptable. The master bedroom mattress was in terrible shape—sagging badly in the middle and leaving me with severe back pain for days. On top of that, the toilet flush didn't work properly, and basic essentials like bathroom soap weren't even provided. At this rate, you expect comfort and proper maintenance, not a ruined back and missing basics.“

„Arrived on site and found that the cabin was a little warm. I let the host know and after a little troubleshooting with the thermostat the host sent a technician to cabin to repair the issue without hesitation. All in all great experience, the only thing that could use some attention is the bed is a little uncomfortable due to age and the cabin could use more towels. The four towels that were there were a little lacking for an extended stay.“
