„Great place to stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. Short UBER drive to Broadway and cheaper than paying for parking. Really like the option of parking in the garage at the condo. „We enjoyed our stay in this Music Row condo. While this was an older (vintage) condo you only really noticed due to fixtures being older, otherwise, it is well maintained and updated. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. „The condo was not quite as close to Broadway as we had expected, but it’s still just a short 10-minute walk. It was exactly as described and spacious enough for four adults. Communication before our trip was great—I received prompt replies to all my questions. Although the condo is situated next to a train track, we rarely heard the trains and found the area to be quiet overall. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!“

„My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay at this Music Row apartment. Its location was great - walking distance to many things and an inexpensive rideshare to most anywhere else. We also really appreciated the free and easy parking. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped though to be fair, we really only ate breakfast there. „The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group.“
