„The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group.“

„While the communication with the staff was efficient and the ability to check out late was wonderful, the cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. There were fingerprints, makeup, and scuffs on walls. The grout in one shower was so dirty and the tub in the other bathroom had footprints on it. They also did not have toilet paper holders and seemed to have patches on each wall. They also lacked conveniences such as shampoo“

„The place itself was really awesome — close to broadway, very clean, and great for a group to stay in for a short while. The host was incredibly responsive whenever I messaged. My only problem was that the direct surroundings of the place was kind of sketchy. My group had multiple homeless people threaten us outside the property as we walked to broadway. We were a large group of guys so I never felt too unsafe, but definitely something to note. Overall though, great place and stay!“
