„Roof leaked during a rainstorm the first night. The host was responsive and we realized the entire property is a VRBO, not just the individual unit. Their price detail is very confusing, they are very slow to answer questions when it comes to the money. I've spent a week waiting for an answer, had to call VRBO to get their attention. Hotels are so much easier!!!!I'm done with VRBO!!!!!!“
