We are less than 7 miles from the airport and 3/4 of a mile from Broadway. You will see the beauty and peacefulness of the river out the back patio, then walk out the front door in your BOOTS to Broadway for all the MUSIC and food your HEART desires.
We provide everything you need to feel like home while you enjoy Nashville ;-]

Riverfront Park was established in the early 1980s to celebrate the rich history of the city’s river which dates back to the first settlers arriving by boat and land. A replica of the first settlement, Fort Nashborough stands in the park’s Bicentennial Park and is worth a visit while you’re there. Today, the park is known for its amphitheater and is a favorite outdoor venue for visitors and locals like. Also here, several pieces of unique public art are on display, including the striking Ghost Ballet for the East Bank Machineworks, located on the east bank of the Cumberland River. The sculpture is made of arched, red steel trusses that twist upward creating a disconnected spherical shape. At night, the sculpture’s center is illuminated by a neon fixture, giving it a gorgeous, eye catching glow.

You can park in our covered lot for FREE and walk to most all of the attractions around us !

You have the condo to yourself and have use of the pool , work out room and laundry room and an outdoor area with grills

1. You can Ride with Uber/ Lyft / Taxi
2. Most desired is the trolly it goes all over Nashville Stop/ Pick up #1 is located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue South and Broadway. this is beside Rock Bottom Brewery, underneath their marquee a short walk from the condo.
3. We have bus transit as well if needed

We are an apartment style building so a commitment to being a good neighbor is important , occupancy limits and quiet hours are needed let's be respectful of others ;-] hopefully they will do the same.
Events and parties are not allowed without written approval and an additional fee .
