„Customer service at this property is great, very friendly and accommodating. There was a maintenence problem with the suite that we booked and we were provided two rooms next to each other. Only issue we ran into - YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS TGE LOBBY FOR CHECK IN THROUGH THE ELEVATOR IN THE GARAGE. It was very busy when we arrived for check in, 1 of 2 side by side elevators were not working. „The good - I disagree with many of the reviews I read. I thought the staff was amazing. We stayed 2 nights, saw many different workers, all were very friendly and helpful. Condition of some things aside, I believe our room and common areas were as clean as they could be. The bed was clean and comfy, our fridge etc worked.
