Hotels Grandville

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„The room was so clean, much more then many other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. It was a nice location, easy to get to GVSU and then to other places around town. “

„We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. “

„The room was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful checking in and out. My only complaint is that the pool was very cold and dirty. We stayed for the room though not for the pool access. I would definitely stay again for that room. “

„We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl“

„The rooms were spotless. The entire apt had so many cool amenities that felt like we were in a castle. Our bedroom had one of those beds that lifts and vibrates…what an awesome extra!! You have to go see the library…huge, gorgeous, with books and games and puzzles and LOTS of books. All in all, awesome stay. We will stay again!!“

„I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not. “

„New hotel with beautiful design. Room a bit noisy. Clean, except for dust in the corners. Breakfast better than average for a continental breakfast.“

„Das Hotel wurde gerade frisch gestrichen. Die Betten waren neu, das Möbel und das Bad nicht. Der Kühlschrank stand in einem Schrank, bei dem sich die Tür nicht schließen ließ und eine Ecke abgebrochen war. “
