„Stayed for a week had a weeks worth of trash got a permanent note on my account when I check in that there was extra trash asked the guy if it mentioned I tipped but thank asked him isn't it there jobs to clean up? I don't get why there's a not on my check in from a job that they hire people to do“

„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

When I finally got the keys, the room was on the third floor and my keys didn't work. I went back to the front desk; she reprogrammed my keys and I went back up the elevator to my room. My keys still did not work. I went back down to the front desk a third time, reprogrammed the keys the third time. Went ...
