„Everything overall was good the only thing I personally didn’t like is the fact that they don’t serve complementary food/ drinks (Free breakfast) in other cheaper hotels they do other than that we had a great time Family of 2 adults 2 child“

„This is a hard one to write we had some ants and centipedes in bathroom and complained. The staff responded right away and sprayed but this did not stop the problem. I killed 10 centipedes in the bathroom floor mostly late at night. The day we were to leave a big rain came and water poured off the mountain. We were in building six and I woke up to have my car surrounded by water so deep I couldn't move my car. The water was running around the hill and down the road but pooling near the handicap ...
