We had issues right from check in. Get our room key. Get to the room and can’t get into the door. I call and we were told it happens often, to keep trying. At this point we would literally have to bust the door down. She sends maintenance, takes 10 minutes for him to get there. He couldn’t get it either. Sends us back up to the front to get a new room “if one is available”. Put our stuff back in the car. Go to front desk and they give us the room next to the first one. Door was sticking there too but finally got in. Next day could not find a hair dryer. Message front desk. She said they will get me one. Wait 2 hours. Nothing. Message again. This happened 4 times in the span of two days I could not wash my hair. Finally I hear a knock they were at the room next door. I walk out and get the hair dryer. I get a message from front desk that says I have wrong room number. No you did not update when you had to move us. She proceeded to be argumentative with me until I sent picture of our key card with room number and then she did not respond. Place was dirty, outdated, poor customer service, and the bath tub would
Not drain. They also leave your sheets and towels in a bag outside your door and don’t knock to let you know. Our bag had a hole in it and it rained on our towels and sheets. Terrible experience
