„Next day upon arrival we were invited by a mayan shaman to a ceremony. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, we witnessed together the wonderful ceremony, it was an amazing experience! They upgraded our room and we had an incredible view, we were also lucky to bring binoculars and a tripod, so we were able to see the birds closer and we took incredible pictures. The hotel is clean, the food is fantastic, i loved the breakfast chia and avocado bowls. We will surely stay there again. Gracias ...

„Das Hotel befindet sich ziemlich weit von Tulum und es wird kein Shuttlebus oder weitere Transport Mitteln in die Stadt zu kommen, nur Taxi, das total überteuert ist. Es ist sehr unpraktisch und ärgerlich. Daher würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und für das Geld einen nähe zur Stadt suchen. “

„Traumhaft schönes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Pool ist direkt am Meer und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick. Mietwagen von Vorteil, Tulum ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar, es stehen aber immer Taxis vorm Hotel. Frühstück war perfekt, es gab eine riesen Auswahl, sowohl süß als auch deftig. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. “
