„A perfect stay all round. The hotel will be our new place to be in Tulum.“

„Keine Dusche im Zimmer (und dies bei einem Preis von $950 pro Nacht), wir mussten einen teuren Upgrade vor Ort buchen um eine Duache zu erhalten! Gesamte Anlage in schlechtem Zustand und am verrotten. Alte Handttücher mit Flecken, Strand wird nicht wie anderswo von Algen gereinigt. Insgesamt schlechter Service und völlig überteuert. Nicht zu empfehlen!“

„The property was very nice, clean, and the rooms were awesome. The Asian restaurant was also amazing. The air conditioning is a problem throughout the resort. After sending 3 technicians to our room to fix the A/C they finally moved us to another room. The new room was not much better. The restaurants on the property are air conditioned but they prop the doors open so all the cold air escapes and you sweat while you eat. I brought this to the managers attention and they corrected it in the bar ...

„Bonito lugar, cómodo, la entrada en forma de luna, la piscina y la habitación espectaculares. El restaurante con variedad de platillos y buen precio. Un poco lejos de zona centro de Tulum por lo que se necesita auto o taxi. “

„Wunderschöne Anlage mit hohen Preisen, aber die Zimmer sind nicht auf dem Stand eines Luxushotels. Einige Dinge müssten erneuert werden, zusätzliche room features (Hausschuhe, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, minibar,…) zudem wirkt das Personal an der Rezeption gelangweilt, nicht geschult und ist unpassend für eine Umgebung wie diese. “

„First of all, Humberto in guest services was AMAZING! He was always there to take us to wherever we needed to go and so happy and friendly. Everyone was sooooo friendly. The resort is somewhat spread out but once you find out where everything is it gets better and they have several golf carts to take you where ever you need to go. The night activities were great! We did have a mishap with Lomas travel which is where we booked excursions through and they were less than helpful but the resort ...
