Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. “

„Perfect stay! The villa was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Theres 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1st floor has a cool outdoor shower). The pools were amazing, especially the rooftop pool with stunning jungle sunsets and hawks flying overhead. There’s also a convenience store that is a short 5 minute walk from the complex. „Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr geräumig. Ebenso Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Möbel bzw. Ausstattung sind sehr schön. Hotel ist noch relativ neu. Es gibt auch ein separates WC inkl. Waschmaschine. Das Wasser im Pool könnte etwas kälter sein. Unseren Kindern hat das aber nichts ausgemacht. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. War für uns kein Problem, da wir einen Mietwagen hatten.
