The only thing to be prepared for is the sound of cars racing by in the middle of the night because it's on the LB Grand Prix route, but if you're a city life kind of person, you should be fine. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. „Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. “
