„Love the location “

„We stayed on Santana Row with 2 friends for a fun shopping weekend. We've been there many times for day trips but staying there was extra lovely. You can walk right downstairs to coffee and pastries in the morning. Several nice restaurants and shops nearby too. The loft was super clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for all of us. Parking was very convenient, secure and close to the building entrance. Would definitely stay there again.“

„Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. “

„My wife and I stayed at this place for a second time, and if we ever need to be in the Bay Area, this would be our first choice.“

„Walter and Celina really go the extra mile in their property care. The unit is immaculate and inviting. Has a fun theme and all the amenities one needs while wanting to feel at home while away from it. They are kind, helpful, and available for timely communication and information. Would definitely and plan on staying again.“

„This was exactly what we wanted for our 4 days in the area. Very accessible to all of the shopping that Santana Row/Valley Fair has to offer. The actual apartment was extremely tidy (almost too tidy for our 4 and 6 year olds). Spacious enough for the 4 of us with. The two beds! Very easy for us to grocery shop and have breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the washer/dryer as we very much needed to use! The host Anastasia was extremely thorough in providing access details upon arrival. She ...

„Clean, well equipped, spacious, centrally located to Levi and the convention center. I was there for a conference. It was as a short drive to the convention center. Less than 5 minutes. Apartment comes with an underground parking spot. Facilities with a pool, game room and meeting spaces. Apartment has a great balcony. And it has a washer and dryer. I would recommend it. host was very gracious and accommodating. 5 stars“

„We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Clara. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry came in handy. The welcome package(s) were a nice touch too and a great surprise! The neighborhood is nice, but it was also nice that access to the building is secure. The owners kept us well informed via email with necessary instructions. "Laut! Fluglärm, Straßenlärm und eine Klimaanlage/Heizung die unfassbar laut ist. Und auch der Kühlschrank ist ein Kompressorkühlschrank mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Energieeffizienz des Gebäudes = faktisch Null, und so muss die viel zu Laute Klimaanlage eigentlich dauerhaft entweder Heizen oder Kühlen. Die Türen sind auch "seltsam" da sie keinerlei überhänge hat und gerade gebaut ist hat man eine wunderbare Ritze bei der man zwar einen guten Luftaustausch hat, aber wer will auch ins Zimmer schauen kann. Ich denke mit einer Plastikkarte kann Manie in einem Kinofilm auch das Schloss einfach umgehen, da halt nichts dieses abdeckt. Frühstück - nun wer gerne ein Chemiecoctail ohne Vitamine zu sich nehmen will kann das machen. Und auch der Starbucks um die Ecke - ehrlich wer will diesen "Dreck"? "

"Kuchenzeile mit gebucht, aber Kochplatte erst auf Anfrage erhalten. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer defekt, Wäscherei im anderen Gebäude (nicht weiter schlimm) aber Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption informiert nicht darüber dass passend bezahlt werden muss und nicht per App/Wallet (wie in anderen Unterkünften möglich). Auskunft über Nutzung des Busses (Ticket kauf etc) auch nicht gegeben."
