„Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.“

"Wir hatten eine Preferred "Suite" für 4 Personen gebucht. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und die Suite grundsätzlich sauber. Auch der neue Pool ist wirklich schön angelegt, mit vielen Liegen und kleinen Wasserfällen – das hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel liegt ca. 100m vom Stand entfernt. Allerdings kostet eine Liege mit Sonnenschirm extra, alternativ kann man aber auch sein eigenes Equipment mitbringen und sich an der Seite hinlegen. Leider wird an diesem Strandabschnitt sehr viel Seegras angespült. Der etwa 3 km entfernten Siesta Beach ist viel größer, schöner und sauberer. Die Suite selbst war zum Teil in einem schlechtem Zustand: Aus dem Wasserhahn kam kaum Wasser, eine Steckdose hing halb aus der Wand (was gerade für Kinder gefährlich ist). Das freundliche Personal konnte das zwar kurzfristig beheben, trotzdem sollte das nicht vorkommen. Für eine vierköpfige Familie mit Gepäck ist die Suite außerdem viel zu klein – man hat kaum Platz, sich zu bewegen. Die Klimaanlage war zudem extrem laut – und ich reise seit 30 Jahren regelmäßig nach USA und Florida, aber so eine laute Klimaanlage habe ich noch nie erlebt. Fazit: Freundliches Personal und schöner Pool, aber der Zustand und die Größe der Suite sowie die laute Klimaanlage waren eine Enttäuschung. Für Familien nicht zu empfehlen."
