„The property is newly renovated. It had all we needed for an excellent stay. Having access to a private beach with the lounge chairs was awesome. We made great use of the umbrella provided by the owner. The unit was quiet Please note the area is still recovering from the hurricane and there’s a lot of construction going on, but don’t let that stop you from visiting. We went into Sarasota a number of times as well.“

„Excellent location right on the beach! Quiet and relaxing. The property provides beach loungers and you can bring your own umbrella or rent one for the day or your stay. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and liked that there were 2 Queen Beds in the one bedroom. Furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but was comfortable and had all we needed for cooking and even a cooler for the beach, “

„The condo was amazing! Clean, spacious well air conditioned and starter items including coffee pods, toliet paper, gargage bags, paper towels, etc that were very convenient to kick off our vacation. Also, the closet had everything you need for the beach - 6 chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrellas and toys.Lisa, the host was extremely pleasant and was very responsive from the beginning to the end. She made sure we were well taken care during our stay.We highly recommend and could not be happier!“
