„Better name would be "Centrally Located" instead of "Lake Front" because there is no lake. Property was overcrowded with knick knacks and worn uncomfortable furniture. Bedrooms were fine and location was great. GT Bray is spectacular recreation facility within a mile. Layout of the place is good. Community is great. Icemaker, garbage disposal didn't work. Had to replace 6 lightbulbs upon arrival. Two more lightbulbs in ceiling are still out because we couldn't reach them. Property booklet ...

„I had to stay in Bradenton for 2 weeks from out of town for a medical procedure. I was looking for something that could accommodate my large family over Christmas and was reasonably priced. Nicole’s home fit the bill. The house tread even bigger than I gathered through the pictures. It was comfortable and convenient to my doctor in Sarasota and extended family in the Palma Sola area.
