The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. „The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good.“

„I chose this condo for a 3 night girls get away. The location to the beach was wonderful. We loved that we could all have our own bed and that there were 2 full bathrooms. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and wagon. Everything was very clean and the condo had an adorable courtyard with pool. Great location. Had an adorable coffee shop right down the street and many good restaurants. Our favorite was Burrito Social. Appreciate how communicative the owner was.“

We actually downsized from a week with all of our family and grandkids the previous week, as we did not require a lot of extra room. We appreciated the accommodations made for check-in. This place is convenient to the beach and various cafes, eateries and watering holes. Very relaxing stay. One should note that this is one of two side by side units and not a single.“

„Unsere Anreise war sehr entspannt, da wir Dank eines elektronischen Schlüssel sofort ins Haus konnten, obwohl wir erst gegen Mitternacht angekommen sind. Viele Dinge waren schon vor Ort, so dass wir diese erst gar nicht einkaufen mussten (Geschirrspülmittel, Abwaschutensilien, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Waschmittel, etc.) Somit reichte ein "kurzer" Einkauf in der Nacht aus, damit wir genug zum Frühstück hatten. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, ...

„The Mermaid House was the perfect place to gather for a relaxing time with our family and local friends. The house was well appointed with everything you’d need. They even provided little extras like Kcups and condiments. The pool was the highlight, absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back. The only drawback is the side yard is situated on a semi busy/noisy road, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Thank you to the host. 😁“

The only problem we had was navigating steps to get in the house and stepping into the shower because my dad uses a walker. Achtung bei den "versteckten" Zusatzkosten ca 28$ Resortgebühr/Tag plus ca 21$Parkgebühr machen das Zimmer ganz schnell um 50$ teurer/Tag“
