„This was our second time staying with Stay and Play Vacation Rentals and it was another truly exceptional experience! The adorable houseboat was nothing short of magical! We were provided with everything we needed for toiletries, coffee, as well as beach gear! The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach with amazing dining choices right there as well! The jet ski tour is also a MUST! ALSO located on site! The bicycles that are provided are the cherry on top! We can’t wait to come back!“

„Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. „Owners never returned messages to allow us to access the property. Lost my payment and wasnt able to get a refund & had to book another room. Terrible do not recommend “

„The host whoever that evil person is the first night she was supposed to meet me at the Rendezvous place of whatever place it was didn't show up I waited for 4 hours in the dark with no phone call no nothing I called and called and called and called and nobody would answer for days I didn't get to stay one night on that boat that I thought was a cabin the boat was parked 200 yards out in the water and she expected me to get a kayak somewhere and roll out there with my luggage and belongings for ...

„Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.“
