„This was a perfectly unique and special experience. Matt was amazing to work with for arrival and departure. Timely and exactly as Liam said everything would be. They put special touches on the stay, ice bucket, two waters, beach towels, our name on a cute sign, a cooler, extra covers and everything you need for a Glamping stay on the water! Camping at its best! We definitely plan to come back and will recommend this stay to our friends. This is perfect for outdoor lovers and adventurous people ...

„This was one of the most unique places we have stayed! So fun for a soccer tournament weekend with grandparents. Loved being close to the Fish house for dinner and downtown Pensacola for food and shopping. Great spot! Would highly recommend and stay again! “

„What an absolute disaster! I booked this boat and I called the number no less than six times could not contact with anyone. Hotels.com did try to help me they could not contact anyone. So at 6 o’clock at night I was left with no place to stay and no one contacted me. I am sitting here the next day and no one has ever reached out to me. I lost my money. Hotels.com only gave me a $25 credit.“

„Had an amazing time! Watching the sunset from the back of the boat and waking the sunrise. The boat is old and you need to be agile to get on and off. It’s a great test to see if you can live in a small space like a tiny home, an RV or even boat life. The marina with the food trucks was a blast. Food, music and friendly people.The only downside was the marina toilet was not flushing correctly but the shower was usable and the boat toilet was a little tricky. “

„I can’t believe we found this place at the last minute but I’m so glad we did. It’s the furthest walk in the marina but a gorgeous walk indeed and worth it for the final view you get from the front porch. The place is immaculately clean and has SO much space. Way more amenities than a typical rental- toiletries, games, smart TVs, cleaning supplies, etc. we can’t wait to come back with the boat. “

„Owners never returned messages to allow us to access the property. Lost my payment and wasnt able to get a refund & had to book another room. Terrible do not recommend “

„It was my fault that I booked it in Christmas time. It was freezing cold in there, but that was my fault. It was great. We had a fun time. The TV did not work. We tried everything. Maybe just the batteries in the remote but overall it was a great place. It would’ve been better if I booked it in the summer thank you for everything.“

„The houseboat is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed, small shower with excellent water flow for a boat, standard (non-marine) toilet all made the logistics of being on a boat easy. Property manager was onsite and showed up lightning fast with more coffee pods. The marina is about 50 yards from a very busy highway and traffic noise is a constant.“

„My partner and I chose this houseboat for a kayaking getaway and it could not have been more perfect. Both Blue and Alexander Springs were short drives away (be sure to check out Firefly Nights at Blue Springs if you're visiting in March or April) and though we didn't, we could have easily launched our yaks from the marina to explore the St. Johns River. Sadly, the fire pit and grill have been removed due to new marina regulations, but nearby Historic Downtown Sanford offered plenty of quaint ...

"Wir waren jetzt schon 4x hier und leider merkt man, dass die Zimmer nicht mehr so "frisch" wie zu anfangs sind. Das Personal Rezeption/Reinigung sind sehr nett und helfen bei jeder Frage. Im Restaurantbereich ist das Personal eher gelangweilt und vor 9 Jahren gab es leider die gleiche Auswahl wie dieses Jahr. Das Parken für 27$ am Tag empfinde ich für zu teuer, aber dafür bekommt man immer einen Parkplatz. Aus-Einfahrt klappte mit der Karte nicht immer. Aber im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Der Busshuttle zu den Parks ist auch toll."
