„Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried ...

„We had a great stay! The houseboat was very clean and exactly as described. It had plenty of room for our family and was very comfortable throughout our stay.One of the best parts was being able to fish right off the porch. The kids absolutely loved it and caught several fish and even some crabs during our stay.The house had everything we needed, was well stocked, and made for a relaxing getaway. We truly have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone ...

„It was a wonderful stay on the yacht. Host Greg is easy to work with and very good at communicating. He was very hospitable and even had champagne ready for our arrival. Check out was easy. Greg let us know that we were good to take our time doing so, and it made the morning that much better. Best part of our stay, dangling our feet off the back of the boat playing cards together, laughing, and eating the delicious food from the bar/grill that the boat was docked at. A experience.“

„We really enjoyed our stay on the boat. Pictures are 100% accurate and it is very well maintained. Perfect location for exploring the keys. We had two smaller kids with us which was a bit challenging due to the fact that the railings on the upper decks were with sharp edges on eye level and way too insecure. Perfect for grown ups, though. Also the marina itself was a bit cluttered. A water pump was on day and night for the only reason to keep fish tanks with no fish in em full of circulating ...

„Host was so accommodating with great communication. Sleeping on the water is perfect with A/C, power, and full bathroom. Comes with a cooler and ice. The kayaks, dingy, and paddle board allow you to go to the near by sandbars and islands. Great place to swim.“

„It boat was very spacious! Lots of different places to hang out. 8 people fit very comfortably! Going out on the boat for a sunset cruise was the highlight of the trip. Any question we had was responded to by host fast. Being able to use the Perry Hotel amenities was wonderful as well. Would definitely book this again.“
