„The apartment is small but was nice and clean and good for 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with the utensils etc. We were there only for 2 days and so we did not use those though. Property manager was very responsive with communication. Only concern we had was that the house next door has nearly 20 cats and so it becomes very difficult to walk around as the cats are freely roaming. I am allergic to cats and so knowing that ahead of time would have been beneficial. With so many cats around ...

„Die Wohnung selber war toll. Einfach etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Küchenutensilien. Zudem war es sehr sehr mühsam, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit lief, auch nachts und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut und es wurden nun drei Einheiten zum Vermieten daraus gmacht. Das ist nicht so toll, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind und man so alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Sehr schade. “

„The property was as expected from the pictures with modern furnishings and tv's in almost every room. The beds were very comfortable. The outside pool area and yard was nice. It was just missing a few of the usual amenities that we were expecting like hangers to hang our clothes and a working iron. There were a few other areas that can be improved on which I forwarded directly to the agent. Overall, we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.“

Great restaurants and bars super close by, short walk to the beach. We needed a kitchen to prep our food so this was perfect! Easy to get in and check out. “

However, driving though the area to get to the house was a bit on the sketchy side for a few blocks. „I was nervous about this rental because we have had really bad experiences in the past with other hosts. But it was really great! The property was perfect for our five kids ages 6 and under. The house was beautiful, and whenever hick-ups arised the host was quick to respond and help us. The hot tub was a little confusing, but we figured it out. I think if the host had a how-to binder with info on common questions, rentals, and good restaurants in the area that would be really helpful. We ...

„Schöne Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. Hätten uns etwas mehr Geschirr gewünscht bei 8 Personen. Grundsätzlich ist aber alles vorhanden und vor allem der Pool und die Sitzmöglichkeiten außen sehr schön.“
