„This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. „Just finished a very relaxing and fun mini vacation at this wonderful home. What really makes this place so special is its very private, large back yard, pool, spa, pool table, ping pong table, hammock. Paid for the extra pool heat and enjoyed two evenings of floating in the pool and watching the 80 inch big screen tv streaming movies. Miguel was very attentive, home was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this home and hope to one day come back again. “

„We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The entire place was very neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and our group of 13 had plenty of room to spread out. Please note that one of the bathrooms is outside, but easily and quickly accessible from the game room. The main suggestion we would make is more towels and washcloths! There were zero towels/cloths in the kitchen area. Neither were there trivets or pot holders. We found only 3 washcloths in the entire house, which sleeps many more. ...

„First I will say the communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive. The house looks exactly like the photos. The washer/dryer is in a separate outdoor storage space. The house is a 3/2 I think it would sleep a family of 6 comfortably. If you include the sofa then maybe two additional children can be added. The beds were comfortable. The house is not far from a lot of great locations in Miami. Cons:The bathroom was not cleaned.“

"Moderne neu ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein aber es war noch oke. Pool sehr groß und der zweite schön warm. Toller Ausblick! Personal an der Rezeption oke (nicht aufregend zu vor kommend aber auch nicht unhöflich)."

"Sehr großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, großem Balkon und Strandblick.Leider war kein Kühlschrank vorhanden, sondern nur eine Minibar, gefüllt mit überteuerten Getränken. Eiswürfelmaschine am Gang war out-of-Order. Getränke am Pool auch völlig überteuert. 2 Liegestühle am Strand waren im Preis inkludiert, für einen Sonnenschirm sollten wir jedoch nochmal 38,- Dollar bezahlen. Alles in allem recht schönes, aber sehr teures Hotel direkt am Strand."

"The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s modern, luxurious, and within walking distance of Brickell City Centre, as well as many great bars, restaurants, and clubs. One of the biggest highlights is the popular rooftop bar located in the hotel. As a guest, you can skip the long lines and head straight up, which is a great benefit. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s still nice for relaxing. Most of the staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was different. Some of the staff came across as arrogant, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. Thankfully, this was limited to the front desk, as everyone else was truly exceptional. There were a few other downsides. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room twice despite us reporting it, which was disappointing. Communication with the housekeeping staff was also difficult, as they only spoke Spanish and no English. The elevators were fast despite the building’s height, but they made unusual noises, and one elevator did not stop level with the floor, creating a potential tripping hazard. Overall, I would rate this hotel 7.5/10. Despite a few issues, I would stay here again because the location is fantastic, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the rest of the staff made the stay enjoyable."
