„Everything was set up so nice perfect area , and perfect peace . We were able to enjoy because the house was spacious and no complaints from neighbors. I loved how everything was easily accessible inside of the home . The mosquitos is the only problem outside of that it was amazing the host responses are so quick and accurate. I will definitely rebook“

„My group of friends and I stayed at this VRBO for our first trip to Miami. We had a wonderful time exploring the city and this house made the stay even better. The accommodations were great with two full bathrooms and the location was perfect. It is in a safe neighborhood setting allowing us to take several walks during our time here. The proximity to downtown made Ubers both inexpensive and convenient. Overall, we would highly recommend this rental to any group staying in Miami.“

„Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax.“

„We booked our party of 15 for this property with less than 24 hour notice due to another property falling through woth no notice. The host was amazing and very accomodating. They made our really stressful travel so much better. Property fit us well. Lots of cots. Perfect for before our cruise.“

„Very nice place to stay. Very clean, easy check in and out. Hosts were easy to get ahold of. Our bed was very comfortable, and no complaints from the kids either. Couch pulls out into a nice size sleeping area, our teenager slept there very easily. Would definitely stay here again!“

„The process to check in was very easy, and communication with the host was excellent. The entire house was clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious and comfortable home in the North Miami Beach area.“

„Met our family's requirements for a comfortable and safe environment with an excellent floor plan. In addition to the backyard water view, there is a nice walking trail across the street that was great for our daily dog walks. A little cosmetic touchup could be done to reinvigorate property but very comfortable. Relaxing Thanksgiving holiday with family... Thank you!“

„We had a great vacation in Miami and this property added to our enjoyment. The kids loved the pool, adults the hammock! It is a very quiet neighbourhood and we all slept very well in the clean spacious bedrooms. We had a meal in the outside bbq kitchen area and used the laundry facilities. We were sad to say goodbye!“

„I come to Miami a lot, I usually stay at luxury apartments in brickell. This place was way better. Big house with everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, very high quality TV to watch movies. The pool is great. Nice neighborhood not to far from everything and free parking. The hosts are responsive and helpful I highly recommend staying here“

„This villa is great for a big group and has an amazing backyard on the water. We had some issues communicating with the host during our stay; overall very much enjoyed the house and would come back“

„It's a quiet new building, the apartments are very clean and I can recommend them to everybody. We were very happy here during our 7 nights. The only thing which I didn't like is the pricing for parking, they ask for 40 dollars per night?? Sorry that's way too much, so I parked at the street and paid with paybyphone.com, which was way cheaper..“

„Nichts für schwache Nerven. Erbärmlicher alter Zustand von Zimmer 1224. Batteriemeldung Eingangstür schwach. Licht beim Bett kaputt. Dusche schimmlig und hält nicht mehr. TV läuft nicht oder falsches Gerät dazu. Fenster kann minim mit viel Kraft geöffnet werden, aber bleibt keinen Spalt offen. Küchenschrank bei Spühle fällt auseinander. Küchenabdeckung schräg und gebrochen, nur notdürftig geklebt und repariert. Valet parking nur mit Personal... bei Ankunft mind. 30min angestanden für Check-in ...
