„It is located at a good spot in LA. You can go to either ocean side or city side as you wish. Neighborhood provides scenic driving too. The only incovenience may be the check-in process. If the provider gives a better instruction how to enter the building for the first time it will be perfect. I couldn't figure out how to use the call box for the first entry. There is no AC but we realized that it is normal in the region. It doesn't go up that high in tempetature even when the city becomes hot. ...

„Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. “
