„Very nice condo. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen with all the items you need to support your stay. Great views! Easy parking. Park your car and walk. Enough chairs and beach supplies for the beach.“

„The condo was clean and the amenities a plenty. One odd thing we noticed was that there are no window treatments in the front windows and door facing the street. There are however black out shades/curtains in each bedroom and that was a great added detail.“

„The property is an amazing location and is well kept and updated throughout. The host was wonderful and was great in assisting us with questions. Communication from booking to check out was exceptional. The outdoor porch is fabulous and there’s a table outside and two comfortable rockers with a nice view. The kitchen and living room is a little on the small side in terms of indoor capacity table seating and the kids room is on the smaller side but everything was very nice and clean. We had a ...

„I am shocked that this listing is allowed on VRBO still when I reported that it was not at all as described. The photos are beautiful... the reality is not. One of my guests fell through rotten floor boards. There was no hot water - the host, Ramesch, said he would send over the plumber and the plumber introduced himself as "Peter" when we later learned that it was actually Ramesch. The windows were painted shut in many of the bedrooms. The ones that could be opened did not have screens so ...

„Second time staying at the property and would 100% go back. House was spacious, clean and so close to the beach! Host was amazing and so communicative! 10 out of 10 experience“

„Great house sketchy neighborhood“

„Clean and a perfect location!“

„Great house and wonderful host! The home was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well stocked. I honestly can't think of a single thing the kitchen (or any other room) was missing—it had everything we needed and more. The host was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was obvious that she takes great pride in her home and truly cares about making sure her guests have a comfortable, fun and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a vacation rental in the Villas, this is a great ...

„Nice place“

„We loved the backyard dock and the host was very friendly. Would go again!“

„This home has an excellent location right on the beach and near the amusement park and other attractions. However, I'm not sure I'd rate this a 5-star property. The house is average and kitchen appliances are very old. The toaster doesn't work. There are bugs (especially ants) everywhere. The bathrooms are old/dated. Additionally, the posting says this sleeps 11. It sleeps 9 at best. We were a group of 10 (6 children, 4 adults), and we barely made it work. There's no way 11 adults would be able ...

„The house is lovely and it’s in a great location. The beach is 1 block away. Check in was smooth as was check out. We were impressed how clean the house was. We have stayed in other properties and not all of them were. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again next year.“

„Spacious apartment within a large house. Very clean located in a quiet area outside Princeton.“

„Host communication was horrible, He would not send me any check in instructions, I had to call vrbo, i got his phone number, and he still would not send me check in instructions, I had to call vrbo again and they sent them to me.(felt very unwanted right off the bat.) The place was not clean, there were hairs in the shower, the place had a bed with a fitted sheet on it, the flat sheet was crammed in a corner in the bathroom, the comforter was a cheap wal mart throw blanket that had crust on it, ...

„We rented this home for a small corporate offsite and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The home is spectacular, both inside and outside. We truly felt we were tucked away in a private villa. We cooked all our meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. We went to the suggested spa nearby (Tranquility Den) and had fabulous massages as well. This home is truly special, and communication with the host was fast and ...

„This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly ...
