„Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.“

„We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! “

„I found the price for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit very very reasonabl. Elizabeth, NJ was just a short train ride to NYC and I saved a lot of money by staying there. The unit was in a relatively new building complex. The surrounding community was working class but that was never a concern in the 5 days I was there. There was a little confusion because there are 3 entities involved...EvonifyLLC, Verbo and Expedia. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city.“
