The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were friendly. There is parking nearby in a small lot. Cons: the room was small; only having one room key was frustrating; the bed too soft & bouncy; threadbare and stained sheets; tiny, tiny shower; visibly dusty ceiling fan had sprayed dust across the walls ...

„Was contacted an hour before checking in and was told they couldn’t accommodate reservation, due to plumbing issues. No solution was offered besides saying they would give refund without any issues. We were 3 hours from home with no where to stay! Also had baby shower at this location the next day that is why we choose this, When we went to shower no signs of any issues, or anyone being aware of issues. Just be careful because you find yourself with nowhere to stay!“

„We were in Atlanta City to visit our daughter. This was our first stay at Carisbrook Inn. It was very nice and quiet. The off street parking was very convenient. Parking has always been at problem at other locations we have stayed at.“

„First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. The first floor bathrooms probably have a private bath. We went through Expedia. Maybe book direct so you can ask questions. Our room came with 2 standard sized towels. When asked, they left a couple more. I’d also prefer my own hand towel instead of sharing with the entire second floor. Closets could use more hanging space. Plenty of ...
