The communication with AJ was perfect, he was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you need, even though it was a little old. I recommend to bring earplugs as the fridge and the outside are rather noisy at night. Would book again for the next conference!“

It was also close to the ferry which was a fun and quick way to get to Manhattan. One note I would add is the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. It was worth it for us for the views. “

„We had a great stay in this apartment in Hoboken. Place was bright and sunny overlooking a park. Very walkable neighborhood and easy in and out to NYC. Property management was excellent. Beds were comfy and it had all we needed for staying 3 weeks including an in unit washer and dryer. Would stay again!!!“

„We loved this location and the blinds on this level were very much appreciated. We hope to return sometime soon and will request this floor as the other rentals above us did not appear to have any blinds. The rental had everything we needed and more! Very clean and close to Hoboken Path station to take you into NYC. “

„Really nice modern apartment building with plenty of amenities. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated and check in process was easy. Only item worth mentioning is the attached garage is closed at 11pm so we had to find street parking late at night the first night. Great location right next to a NJ Path station!“
