„I was in Hoboken to attend a conference at Stevens. The apartment's location is great, very short walking distance to both Washington St. and Stevens. The communication with AJ was perfect, he was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you need, even though it was a little old. I recommend to bring earplugs as the fridge and the outside are rather noisy at night. Would book again for the next conference!“

„Very old building with an unpleasant smell in the hallways and in the apartment itself. We've booked it for a 10-day stay, in which the owner did not change the bed linen, and at our request we received towels that were brought directly from the store (not washed). The apartment is offered for 6 to a maximum of 8 people, and objectively it is comfortable for a maximum of 4-5 people.“

„Excellent apartment for us (myself, husband, daughter (17) son (16). Beds comfy, showers worked well, good amount equipment in kitchen and all very clean. Check in process was fine.Good public transport access to New York - 10-15 minute walk to the PATH, and then another 10-15 mins on train to central Manhattan.Generally Hoboken felt very welcoming. „I’ve been to NYC before but never stayed outside of the city. This location was perfect-away from the hustle and bustle from the city but easy enough to get there every day for sightseeing. But also, it’s one block away from Washington St in Hoboken. Make sure you spend time walking down. The unit itself served its purpose.
