„Beautiful Property, But Management Ruined the Stay The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and had great potential for a wonderful trip. Sadly, Luxury Lodging’s mismanagement turned it into one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had. Our confirmed 2:00 PM early check-in code didn’t work. We stood in the rain for an extended period, making multiple calls as our luggage and clothes got soaked. A downstairs neighbor told us the “owner” was coming, but a resident arrived instead, ...

„Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. Auch dass die Wohnung insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte, war nicht so sehr das Problem, sondern eher, dass sie nicht ganz unseren Sauberkeitsstandards entsprach (das einzige Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, waren 4 Gläser, und die mussten erst einmal gründlich gespült werden). Wir hatten die Wohnung ...

„We enjoyed our trip to NYC. Our host was very kind and friendly. The appartment was nice, well equiped but just a little bit cold. The central heating was set too low. But portable heaters allowed us to warm up two rooms. Basically we can recommend a stay in this appartment.“

„I was in Hoboken to attend a conference at Stevens. The apartment's location is great, very short walking distance to both Washington St. and Stevens. The communication with AJ was perfect, he was very helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you need, even though it was a little old. I recommend to bring earplugs as the fridge and the outside are rather noisy at night. Would book again for the next conference!“

„Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. “

"Zimmer sind ausreichend. Super Lager, besser geht es nicht-direkt am Times Square. Kaffeemaschine wurde aus den Zimmern entfernt, obwohl es in der Zimmerbeschreibung stand. Nach langen Hin und Her haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine bekommen. Aber wenn natürlich keiner die Kaffeepads auffüllt, dann bringt auch keine Kaffeemaschine etwas. Auch das konnte dann geregelt werden. Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt im Edison und ich muss schon sagen, der Service hat leicht nachgelassen. Dennoch ein super Hotel in bester Lage und gerne immer wieder! "
