„This is a great property. We had 3 adults and plenty of room. It was nicely decorated and had many nice features above a 5 star rating! If we travel back to Chapel Hill, we will definitely try to stay here. The city bus stops almost by the driveway and it is free to travel on it. We rode it to the N.C. University baseball park each day. The second day, the bus was a few minutes early and the driver actually stopped at the driveway and honked the horn!!!! I just can’t recommend this place ...

„Second stay at this property. Super convenient and comfortable for one or two guests, my wife and I stayed here while visiting family who live in Briar Chapel. Shower is really nice and has great water pressure and hot water. Good laundry and kitchen too. Highly recommend. “

Brad communicated with us frequently to ensure all our needs were met. House was clean upon arrival and would stay again if we're ever in that area.“

„The house is located at the end of a quiet street within walking distance of Parker Preserve. We enjoyed being able to go walking without having to drive. We saw lots of birds and enjoyed the peaceful setting. Parking is easy. There is a full kitchen and the host was very responsive. „The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry “

„Great, pet-friendly property. Right across from NCSSM, great for walking your dog. Felt very safe at all hours. Very quiet (people mentioned the train whistle but it was way in the distance and barely noticeable; same with the street traffic.) Apartment had such old fashioned charm; high ceilings, old (covered up) fireplace in one bedroom.
