Very private, beautiful yard with amazing Koi ponds and neat outdoor kitchen that is well stocked. Easy self check in with private entrance. It's truly home away from home. „One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible, ...

„The property was spectacular! First off, its very large and spacious, great for cooking while chatting with others in the open air space. Kitchen is well appointed with every untensil, plate, dish, bakeware, wine glasses. We cooked and baked alot. And bedrooms were very comfortable. Location is ideal, steps to beach and only 1 mile walk to bustling center of Manhattan Beach, filled with fun delicious restaurants and tons of shops. Huge grocery store nearby, too.
