„Reservation was for King bed with sofa bed. Upon arrival there were rooms with King bed only. After waiting 20 minutes in lobby, we were assigned a room without a pull out sofa, which we need because there were 3 people. After 1 hour, they moved us at 11 pm to a new room with a King and sofa bed. Appears the Expedia reservation did not transfer fully to the hotel. Others base this issue as well“

„Well this hotel was quite a find, as was the town of Rockford. Wow, we had a great stay and the staff were amazingly helpful. The White Pine bike trail is about a block away. Beautiful trail. We only rode it about 26 miles, but what a gem to have in your town! Great hotel and we met friendly, happy people wherever we went.“

„The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a huge group there the same time we were there but the staff handled and managed everyone very well.“

Floor and closet had some debris on it. Closet was bare walls that someone started to paint. Paint drips on the floor. Bed was ok. On the soft side, but comfortable. Pillows were terrible. Two pillows stuffed in one pillowcase to make a pillow. Lumpy and hard. I guess you get the idea! Would not ...

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp ...

„Friendly staff. Hot tub was broken and pool isn't heated along with average amenities. Great cleaning staff.“
