„Das Hotel wurde gerade frisch gestrichen. Die Betten waren neu, das Möbel und das Bad nicht. Der Kühlschrank stand in einem Schrank, bei dem sich die Tür nicht schließen ließ und eine Ecke abgebrochen war. “

„Mit dem Namen Best Western hätte ich mehr erwartet... Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber zu unerfahren (teilweise Aushilfskräfte aus anderen Hotels). Bei Zimmerbezug habe ich gleich einen großen roten Fleck auf dem weißen Bezug entdeckt, der dann auch zügig erneuert wurde. Der Fleck im Teppich blieb dagegen unbemerkt, zumal das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltzeitraumes nur gereinigt wurde, wenn man es an der Rezeption erbeten hat. Einige Tage lang gab es keine Butter oder Margarine beim ...

„Schneller und freundlicher Check In. Schönes sauberes Zimmer. Funktionell eingerichtet. Frühstücksmitarbeiter den 1. Tag super. Etwas älterer Herr. Frühstück war gut. Sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zweiten Tag ein jüngerer Mann und man musste für auffüllen nachfragen. Pool gut. Fitnessraum super. Sitzgelegenheiten draußen auch schön. WiFi schnell. Gute Lage zum River. Wendys und BIGGBY Coffee zu Fuss zu erreichen. “

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!“
