„まずプライベート空間がしっかり確保されていて、家族３人の時間を満喫することができました。 スタッフの方々の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 お肉は量が多くて食べきれないかもって思いましたが、とても美味しくて平らげました。残念だったのが、ミネストローネは味が薄くて残してしまいました。もう少し煮詰めれば良かったのかもしれません。 サウナと温泉ももちろん良かったですが、特に焚き火が楽しかったです。スペースも広く、のんびりと寛ぐ事ができました。 雨も降り雷も光りましたが、テントからみるその景色は自然を感じることが出来ました。 綺麗な富士山を眺めながら、贅沢な滞在時間を過ごす事が出来ました。“

„This hotel was one of the highlights we had on our Japan trip. It is located at the lovely Shoji lake and has a great roof terrace if you want to take stunning pictures of mount Fuji! We also loved our room with the futons and the onsen! Mr.Kobayashi and his team do their best to make you feel welcome at all times. Only thing you have to consider: if you come by bus, check the schedule because you don't have too many options and it is a pretty long ride from Kawaguchiko.“
