„The hotel and room was extremely clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. My only complaints are design flaws and not management issues...the room seemed small and the furniture had no to little surface space to place items on. The charging cables were maddeningly short. Oh and we brought our dog along. We booked with Expedia which told us there would be a fee at check in but it didn't mention what that would be. „Great for the price “

„Plenty of parking, clean rooms, clean (unheated) pool with good hours of operation (10-10). Small game room with claw machine, racing game, pinball and pacman- foosball and air hockey tables near pool. No breakfast or workout room. Staff was helpful, our toilet had an issue flushing and they fixed this in a timely manner. Would stay again “

„Clean room, location is okay, free parking, breakfast was no highlight. Kids loved the indoor pool, which was in good shape. “

„The staff was friendly and really tried to be helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite dusty and not properly cleaned. There were food crumbs on the floor, and I had to wipe down several surfaces before I could feel somewhat comfortable. It has potential, but cleanliness definitely needs more attention.“

„Need to get TRASH picked up Bags and bags all around dumpster. Lobby has a unpleasant smell when you walk in, NOT welcoming!! Unable to work TV could not move channels no instructions in rooms, Need to be updated to SMART TVs Shower felt like a capsule very small“

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl“

„Horrible, didnt even stay because of strange guy knocking on our room winfow. A window that the lick was broken on. 4 kids bday parties, couldnt even use the pool or hot tub because of all the kids and parties, plus thr hotel lets people pay 5 dollars just to use thee pool. Hortible rxperience. “

„The rooms were clean, and it was fine overall; however I was very turned off by the signs all over the lobby telling guest that if they took breakfast food up to their rooms they would be charged $15/person. Also the shower pressure was awful.“

Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch.
