„Captain's Cottage is super cute! The pictures really dont do it justice. We were a block from the beach. Snug Harbour and Noto's are a must for waterfront dining. Downtown had lots to offer as well and was walking distance to CC. We had to make a trip to Meijer...also very close...and was astonished at the cleanliness and upscale feel of this store. We had a great, although too short stay, at Captain's Cottage.“

„We were greeted warmly by Wilma, our host, who continued to be available for anything we needed. We had been to the cottage one other time and found it as charming as ever! It was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and has a delightful backyard garden with fountain and lovely flowers and yard art. „Our time at the facility was spent mostly in the evening and it was very relaxing. Our last evening was a bit marred as a horrific thunder storm passed through with threats of tornados and 75 mile an hour winds and hail The power was knocked out through the rest of stay and we had no flashlights etc. No injuries or damages to us but much damage in the surrounding area. Overall, a great stay. “

„Overall this was a very nice stay for my family and dog, especially if you're just looking for a peaceful place to hunker down.The only things I would want anyone to know before booking is that the cabin is right up against some woods and, thus, bugs. My daughter found a tick on her and there were several stink bugs and prolly pollies trotting around. Not a big deal unless you have bug phobias. Also, the path to the house is not paved, so you may want to take that into account with your luggage ...

„We loved our stay at the Hummingbird! Incredible location. 5-7 min walk from all the action. It was our first time in saugatuck and we couldn’t have loved it more and were able to fully enjoy it thanks to this perfectly located spot. It was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures.
