„We would recommend this style of property to travelers who value independence. You have the convenience of breakfast, pools, beach access, and spa services without having to spend every moment at the hotel. Small kitchen makes longer stays much easier. Restaurants and cafés nearby give plenty of variety. We also appreciated the nearby shopping and grocery options. Bavaro beach was our favorite part of every day. Garden pool was perfect in the late afternoon. We did two excursions during the trip ...

„I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible.“

„We booked a deep-tissue massage at the spa and really enjoyed it. There were many other treatment options as well. Having a full-service spa on site was convenient. We spent the rest of the day at the pool. It was one of the most relaxing days of our trip.“

„Immer freundliches Personal.
