First time in Punta Cana and fell in love with Grand Palladium Bávaro Select. We arrived to a 1st class welcome by staff and escorted to Family Selection lobby. Property well maintained. Ingrid immediately explained our all inclusive package made check-in fast and easy. We then were introduced to our favorite person of the trip “Juan” our butler. Juan made our stay relaxing and enjoyable he would respond to our request promptly and made all of dinner and spa reservations (Angela y Diana at the spa were awesome) he made us feel like family. Room was spacious and kept clean by Silvia. We loved the food variety. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at a different location everyday. Gorgeous beach well maintained. There was a great variety of evening events throughout all properties. But after dinner or an event we would end up at the Bavaro lobby bar or the TRS pool bar. The staff at these locations were amazing and made us feel like long time friends. Bavaro bar everyone was amazing but Luis and Heriberto stood out. At TRS pool bar Sandy, Maria and Estafany were always on point with the drinks. Jorge at the Sumptouri was amazing he interacted with everyone including the little ones. Francisco I believe was at Boheme was also attentive and nice. Dubraska entertained us during our Argentine dinner. Victor, Edwin PTC, Starling, Julio TRS drivers were awesome. Floribel at the travel group was professional. Rosemayra made checkout quick and easy.
