„I want to cry with how much was spent. Advertised as adults only and wasn’t, no mini bar in the room, broken ACs, dirty, construction everywhere, hardly anything open, casino was tiny, food was not fresh, no airport transport, hard to check in and out, no alcoholic drinks with room service, room services charges and not all inclusive, restaurants hard to book…the list goes on. We’ve never had complaints at any other punta Cana all inclusive resort“

„This tropical hotel in Punta Cana was absolutely beautiful and the large swimming pool was always clean with plenty of comfortable loungers. The beach had soft white sand, crystal clear water without seaweed, and many umbrellas that made relaxing easy.
