„This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Mexico and we couldn’t recommend Grand Sirenis enough. Our room (ocean view) and the resort, were always clean. „The property is so beautiful and clean. We were greeted with refreshing tasteful drinks. Alexander, the concierge, was so knowledgeable and gave great insights about the resort. „We originally booked this unit and switched to other unit due to owner request and personal issues. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. Also, we had no washer, A/c in upper bedroom not working. Kitchen is equipped with all small appliances but very minimum pots and dishes. 2 days we had no internet, another frustration as happen when I needed the most. Not to ...
