Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. Especially in a 5-star resort, I expect solutions even in difficult situations — not a simple “it’s not possible.” “We can’t do that,” “we don’t have that,” “it’s not possible,” etc., are things I don’t expect to hear in any 5-star resort, no matter where I am in the world. The fact that it was possible is proven by the fact that I eventually walked myself along a small road leading to DC10 and continued from there to the airport. On the main road to the airport, traffic was chaotic, yes, but the road wasn’t closed — just like many others weren’t either. In this situation, the hotel should have come up with solutions instead of refusals.

Everything Fine. Food could be more hot but the offered meals are amazing and good.

Ich war im März dort, mit meiner 7-jährigen Tochter. Die Anlage ist groß, sehr gepflegt, mit schönen Palmen und schön angelegten Wegen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Das Essen ist gut und reichlich. Das Personal flink, freundlich und unglaublich geduldig mit den vielen quirligen kleinen Kindern. Die Pools sind beheizt. Der kinderpool mit den Rutschen ist etwas abgelegen, aber mich hat das nicht gestört. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Toll ist es das der Strand so dicht war. Essen war super und abwechslungsreich. Super wäre eine Info gewesen über Themen Abende wie White, Pink und Neon Party. Könnte man sich darauf vorbereiten. Jesen Samstag war Scahumparty ein super Spaß für die Kids . Wenn man vor dem Haus kein Parkplatz bekommt, werden 12€ für ein eingezäunten Schotterplatz berechnet. Das Geld hätte ich Lieber den Mitarbeitern zukommen lassen. Eine Katastrophe ist das tgl Liegen reservieren. Wenn man nicht mitmacht, bekommt man für den Tag auch keine. Da würde ich mir vom Hotel mehr Durchsetztung wünschen!
