„Bed was made poorly as if someone was jumping or sitting on the bed. I had a hair on the sheets. The shower was not that clean either. The towels were also just thrown on the shelf unfolded. The worker who checked us in brought her kids to work with her as well as the lady cleaning on our floor. She had her 3 or 4 year old with her. Not sure how clean rooms can get when you are also watching a child at that age. All in all, poor experience. “

„Pluses: As always, parking and breakfast was fine. The room is always clean. The staff is always top notch. I dealt with Christina and Bree at the front desk and Sabrina, the lady on my floor. They were all very nice, helpful and professional. Negatives: The elevator was out of service. I'm 73 and enjoy bad knees. Christina tried to move me to the ground floor, but it wasn't available. The TV system was very screwed up; not the TV, but the cable system. You couldn't watch a full program, ...

„Excellent property with breathtaking views of the golf course, forest and a small creek- it made the stay memorable and so relaxing. The house is very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We tend to cook more than eating out and I found everything I needed to cook and the house is very spacious too. Our family promised that if we ever travel to NC we must stay at the same property at all costs. This has been a dream house. “

„The house was just what we needed. The outdoor amenities were fabulous and so family friendly. What stood out to me was that the house smelled good and clean when we opened the door with a nice note and chocolates welcoming us. All of the necessary items were available to us along with games for the kids and precious Christmas lights in the yard. More than anything, I appreciate the availability of Marisol, the owner.
