There is a public housing building down the street but it is not in use and most of the neighborhood is single family homes. The house is close to downtown and off the main road so getting around Sanford is easy and quick. Check out the Sanford Antique mall while you are here!“

Main house had good amenities. And plenty of space. A nice secluded location. Very quiet, yet only 10 mins away from downtown Sandford and 35 minutes away from Cary and South Raleigh. Recommended “
