„Mit dem Namen Best Western hätte ich mehr erwartet... Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber zu unerfahren (teilweise Aushilfskräfte aus anderen Hotels). Bei Zimmerbezug habe ich gleich einen großen roten Fleck auf dem weißen Bezug entdeckt, der dann auch zügig erneuert wurde. Der Fleck im Teppich blieb dagegen unbemerkt, zumal das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltzeitraumes nur gereinigt wurde, wenn man es an der Rezeption erbeten hat. „We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals.
