Loved the farm setting and the chickens, and plenty of green space to walk my dog. Bed was comfortable, and had everything needed for a one-night stay. Would definitely stay again if back in the area. “

The futon/pullout was not really meant for sleeping. There were not linens for the futon or pillow cases for the extra pillows. The double bed did have pillowcases and sheets.
