„Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. “

„Sehr elegantes Hotel, eigener Butlerservice, tolle Restaurants und Zimmer, riesige Poolanlage, rundum ein top Preis-Leistungsverhöltnis“

„Es war alles sehr schön “

„Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.“

„Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise.“

„⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay – we’ll definitely be back! We loved returning to El Dorado Seaside Palms, where we also stayed for our honeymoon in 2015. Our large beachfront room was spacious, beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, open bathroom, and separate shower and toilet. Everything was spotless and cleaned daily. A lovely extra touch: minibar drinks were refilled daily, with chips/snacks included. The resort is perfectly maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and ...

„It was all fine other than the people booking our suppers and travel from to the airport. We showed up for suppers and werent booked even tho we did all the booking the first day. Then our van didnt show up for us at all on the last day.“

„Pure magic! We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The service is excellent, everybody is very kind and helpful. We can highly recommend the dinner and the tour through the cenotes!“

Online waren dann 4 Zimmer frei. So verärgert man Gäste.

„Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.“

„Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.“

„Nice simple hotel with a beautiful beach. The stuff is really helpful and nice. Good for snorkeling and relaxing. “
