Hotels Trung Chải

„Overall alright stay, but too expensive for what it offers compared to other hotels in vietnam. It is very far from the city center and their shuttle service is a joke... “

„I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again.“

„The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't ...

„An great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady cook, excellent, always had a good chat with my partner. Excellent food and fresh food. “

„This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. “

Merci“

„The DelaSol Sapa Hotel has a lot going for it on the surface. It is located right in the center of Sapa town, which is incredibly convenient for exploring, and our room was clean. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We explicitly booked a "Garden View" room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were given a room looking directly at a fire escape. When we raised this issue with reception, we were completely brushed off and told that this was simply "the design of the hotel." If you ...

„The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable.“

„We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show.“
