„Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs. There was also no hot water the whole time. However the location is perfect, the bed was comfy, the service was fine, and there is an excellent restaurant attached (seriously, ...

„Wir waren im Dezember hier. Im Hotelzimmer war es sehr kalt, da auch keine Heizung vorhanden ist. Aufgrund der Bauart und des Klimas kam es im Bad und auch im Zimmer zu Schimmelbildung. Für die Baustelle direkt nebenan kann das Hotel nichts, in ganz Sapa wird gebaut. Frühstück war okay. Wir würden das Hotel nicht erneut buchen und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.“

„We were in Sapa at winter time and there was no isolation at all in our room, so we were frozen. The humidity is a big problem too. Hopefully there was a electric blanket which save our lifes as there was no heater. Otherwise the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the staff was not really helpful and serious. Most of the time nobody was at the reception. It's 10 minutes walk from the center, but We found a place much better and comfortable in the center for few dollars ...
