„The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend it without reservation.“

„We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. „Das Bett ist so hart man könnte auch auf dem Boden schlafen. Das Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist verboten. Gratis Spa wurde nicht angeboten und Zimmerupgrade auch nicht erhalten. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Gym und der Pool hat sehr spezielle Öffnungzeiten. Von 7 am bis 9 und dann erst wieder ab 4pm.“
